Paper-Boat- A 100 word monsoon story!

It was thundering outside. Meera felt the quench to tell her feelings to childhood friend Raghav today. She out-poured her emotions in her miniature manuscript  and made a paper-plane to land in Raghav's desk in the library. Raghav was enjoying rain outside the library window.
He didn't notice the content in the paper and re-folded it to a boat out of childish excitement to float it in the rain. There came Meera to see her emotions bleeding in blue in the rain water.
Raghav said to Meera :"Remember Meera, We floated our first boat together while in class 1".
Meera smiled.

The officials visited each house of the town, No one was spared, white, black or brown. They hung a device over the throat which could count phrases per day, This is how they put a check on the number of words you could say.  Few agreed happily, some protested, but everyone had to accept, Noise pollution reached its highest level and this is how check was kept.  One-two-three-four device counted in a line,  The machine beeped when it crossed ninety-nine.
